1. Scope

The following GTCs apply to all orders placed via our Online Shop.


2. Contractual Partner, Concluding the Contract

The Contract of Sale is with Global Brand Concepts GmbH.

Once the products are placed in the Online Shop, we submit a binding offer to fulfil a Contract of Sale for these items. The contract shall be deemed as in force once you click on the "Order" button after putting items in your shopping trolley. You will receive another confirmation via email immediately after the order is dispatched.

A binding contract can also be in force prior to this:

If you have chosen to pay by credit card the contract shall be deemed to be in force once the credit card is debited.
If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method the contract shall be deemed to be in force upon confirmation of the payment order with PayPal.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are incurred in addition to the displayed product price. You can find more information about the shipping costs in the offer details.


4. Payment

The following payment methods are available for our Online Shop:

Credit Card
Your credit card will be debited once the order has been processed. We charge a transaction fee of 4% based on the order value (goods value and freight) due to transaction costs.

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. If you are not already registered with PayPal, you must register yourself, authorise payment with your login details and confirm the payment order to us (with the exception of guest access, where applicable). You will receive further information during the order process. We charge a transaction fee of 3% based on the order value (goods value and freight) due to transaction costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the invoice via e-mail.
Payment via invoice is allowed only for countries within the European Union and for Switzerland.
You need to be logged in to be able to pay via invoice.


5. Personal Collection

Unfortunately, personal collection of goods is not possible.  All items are shipped.


6. Parcel Pick-Up Point

We do not deliver to Parcel Pick-Up Points.


7. Retention of Ownership

The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received.


8. Transportation Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transportation damage, you should report such defects to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to file a complaint or contact us shall have no consequences in terms of your legal claims and the enforcement of those claims, in particular your warranty rights. However, this assists us to make our own claims against the carrier and transport insurance.

10. Storage of Contract Text

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our GTCs via email. You can also view and download the GTCs here on our website at any time. You can view previous orders in our customer login area.


11. Contract Language

The contract is available in German or English.
